The Yerevan Specialized Orphanage is a non-profit organization located in the Republic of Armenia, City of Yerevan, M. Cagayan St., building 13. The orphanage takes care of the kids with mental and physical problems and provides medical care, protection for the kid's legal rights, integration to the society and social matters assistance.
STATEMENT OF NEED
This orphanage accommodates 80 kids from 1 to 8 years old. Recently the orphanage building was renovated, although it is still general building repair is desperately needed. They have not had any remodeling since 1967 and the facilities cannot meet the standards for the children institutions on safety requirements. The orphanage is not able to arrange the vitally important facilities remodeling. There is a substantial shortage of furniture, television, dishes, toys, games, lines, towels, and sanitary products
