The International Humanitarian Foundation sets up a 100% owned subsidiary in Yerevan, Armenia in March - April 2006. The new subsidiary is set up as a non-profit (non-commercial) non-governmental public benefit organization. The new office will help us manage our program "Through the Eyes of a Child", that benefit orphanages in the Republic of Armenia. The subsidiary will employ 3 people in its personnel and will locate at the following address: the Republic of Armenia, Yerevan 37501 Buzanda St., 1. Mr. Artem Mkrtchyan has been appointed to serve as a Director of the branch. |
