Mrs. Ruzanna Davtyan - The Chairman. Mrs. Davtyan has 10+ years experience in managing non-profit organizations. She holds the Master of Business Administration degree and is extremely knowledgeable in personnel supervision. Mrs. Davtyan is the first supporter for our programs and administrative needs. She also coordinates the new branch office in Armenia. She is fluent in English, Russian and Armenian.

Mr. Grachik Bagdasaryan - Master of Business Administration, has over 20 years of business management and personnel training. He served on the Board of several community based foundations in Los Angeles County in California. Mr. Bagdasaryan is fluent in Russian, Armenian and English. Mr. Bagdasaryan is one of our most important supporters.

Mr. Michael Shmid - Master of Business Administration, has 15+ years of real estate management and sales, fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew. Mr. Shmid is also a large donor for our programs. He help us to maintain the relations with the local community.

The Fundraising Committee. The Fundraising Committee consists of two fundraising professionals, an assistant, and one Board member - Mr. Bagdasaryan, helping our organization to develop proposals for funding, searching for other foundations - grant donors, expanding the list of our supporters, coordinating fundraising events, consulting the Board on the fundraising strategies, and preparing the reports on the received grant funds. The Fundraising Committee works on the permanent basis at our Los Angeles office in California.
